Inspector's Report
Inspection revealed pest control issues including one dead cockroach in sticky trap near kitchen office and rodent droppings found in multiple locations including kitchen break room floor and PTA room. Additional violations included debris buildup in dairy cooler door gaskets and gaps under exterior doors requiring vermin-proofing repairs.

Why This Matters
Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
1)Observed one dead cockroach in sticky trap in the office adjacent to the kitchen. REMOVE the trap and REPLACE with new one to ensure no longer active. No other sign of cockroach activity observed at the time of the inspection. MONITOR the area closely. 2) Observed rodent droppings in the following locations: -floor near the exterior door in kitchen break room area -floor of the PTA room next to the kitchen CLEAN and SANITIZE the affected area. CONTINUE with routine pest control services. Pest control invoices reviewed onsite.

What Was Observed
Observed small gap under both exterior doors in back of kitchen. Provide the necessary repairs to vermin proof the facility. SEAL any gaps larger than 1/4". Per PIC the facility has already purchased a rodent proof door sweep and will be installed later this week.
