Walk in was holidng at 52F, mostly whole produce was in this walk in, however potentailly hazardous food was discarded for safety. Please do not store potentially hazardous food in this refrigerator until it is consistently holidng at or below 41F. Email district inspector for food safety materials if needed, such as temperature logs. Please email district inspector for follow up once equipment is repaired.
