Observed dead cockroaches in the following locations: - on the floor behind equipment in the kitchen - one (1) on the floor in the walk in cooler - one (1) on floor next to grease trap - one (1) on monitoring trap underneath hand sink next to walk in cooler - one (1) in cabinet under hand sink adjacent to espresso machine PIC provided most recent licensed pest control report dated 9/29/25. COS: areas were cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection. Recommend continuing routine licensed pest control services.
