Reinspection found continued use of unapproved household air fryer equipment and broken ice machine door. Missing proper test strips for sanitizer concentration and inadequate ventilation for cooking equipment were also noted.

Why This Matters
Household equipment cannot withstand commercial use and harbors bacteria in cracks. Latex gloves cause severe allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
What Was Observed
DISCONTINUE the use of household equipment for preparing food items. Use commercial NSF approved equipment only. Observed black air fryer at main kitchen food preparation table being actively used to prepare chicken bites. Maintain all equipment maintained in good repair to prevent contamination of food items. Observed ice machine door completely detached from ice machine at back kitchen area.
