Routine inspection found expired food manager certificate requiring renewal within 30 days. Missing sanitizer bucket at prep station was corrected on site. Additional issues included incomplete consumer advisory for undercooked items, malfunctioned refrigerator gasket, grease buildup under fryer, and improper storage of personal items.
