Inspector's Report
Inspector found a dead cockroach on glue board behind ice machines in the ice machine room, with no other signs of vermin activity observed. Facility had recently been serviced by pest control. Additional violations included unsecured CO2 tanks in storage, loose baseboards near walk-in cooler, and grease accumulation on floors near trash room and oil drums.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Observed dead cockroach on a glue board behind the ice machines in the ice machine room. No other sign of vermin activity was observed elsewhere in the facility. Per PIC, facility was recently serviced by a pest control company.
