Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Observed dry rodent droppings in the basement front corner. CLEAN and SANITIZE the affected area. MONITOR the area to ensure no linger active. Continue with routine pest control services.

What Was Observed
CLEAN and SANITIZE the following equipment surfaces where debris buildup was observed: -standing water in the far left reach in beverage cooler. -refrigerator door gaskets of several beverage coolers. CLEAN and SANITIZE the gaskets. -walk in cooler fan covers.

Clutter provides harborage for rodents and cockroaches. Cardboard harbors cockroach eggs. Each egg case contains 30-40 nymphs.
What Was Observed
Observed several holes throughout the facility that need to be repaired. -hole in wall behind the bar -hole in floor-wall juncture on steps going into the basement -large hole in the wall on the steps going into the basement -hole in ceiling of the basement where pipes are going through to main floor. REPAIR/PATCH all holes/gaps larger than 1/4" to prevent vermin entrance.

Missing handwashing supplies forces employees to skip handwashing. Studies show only 31% of workers wash hands properly when supplies are inadequate. Spreads norovirus to hundreds.
What Was Observed
Observed the hand washing sink to be obstructed with a basket and cleaning brush at the start of the inspection. DISCONTINUE this unapproved practice. MAINTAIN the handwashing sink accessible at all times and used exclusively for handwashing.
