Absteak Reopens After Health Closure

Reinspection confirmed all previous violations have been corrected. Handwash sink now properly stocked with soap and towels. All refrigeration units maintaining proper 41°F temperature including banchan prep cooler, cold drawers, hot section prep cooler, and dry aging cooler. Foods properly stored off floor in walk-in and linens no longer in direct contact with food.
