Routine inspection revealed rodent droppings underneath shelves and curled linoleum in the dry storage area. Raw pork was found improperly stored on electrical outlets during meat slicing. Additional issues included damaged flooring and a hole in the wall, though temperatures were compliant throughout.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
1) Observed dry rodent droppings on the floor underneath the shelves of the dry storage area. Operator told inspector that they actively vacuum and have pest control service every two weeks. 2) Observed dry rodent droppings underneath the curled linoleum in the dry storage area.
