Maximum water temperature at time of inspection was 115F. Please ensure water at 120F is available at all times. If water heater is not capable of providing water at 120F, please contact District inspector for SFDPH review and approval prior to purchasing or installing a new water heater.

Observed staff member rinse hands in food prep sink upon returning to service counter, employee washed hands in hand wash sink following inspectors explanation. Please ensure hand wash sink is used for hand washing, food prep sink is used for food prep. Corrected on site. Food safety guides provided.
