Inspector's Report

Reinspection following routine inspection on 11/18/2025 showed significant reduction in fly activity and pest control service reports were received. Multiple violations were found including lack of food handler certifications, improper sanitization practices, wiping cloths without sanitizer, medicines stored near food, and thermometers missing from refrigeration units. Facility received PASS placard but must submit additional pest control reports and staff certifications within specified timeframes.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Observed a significant reduction in amount of fly activity; received pest control service report for rodents and flies dated 11/18/2025; Operator stated that they will provide additional pest control service report for today that will address fly activity.

Dirty cutting boards and utensils cause 76% of cross-contamination. Biofilms protect bacteria from cleaning. One contaminated surface spreads pathogens to dozens of foods.
Observed no sanitizing solution in the front service area during active food preparation and facility had been operating for more than 4 hours. Wet wiping cloth used on espresso/coffee machine had no measurable sanitizing solution. Active warewashing without sanitization observed.

Observed many wiping cloths stored on counters lacking any measurable sanitizing solution except one wiping cloth used in the back preparation area.

Clutter provides harborage for rodents and cockroaches. Cardboard harbors cockroach eggs. Each egg case contains 30-40 nymphs.
Observed a clutter of items stored around the perimeter of the back kitchen and in the basement that can create harborage sites for vermin.
