Inspection revealed multiple food safety concerns including mold-like substance found in ice machine, inadequate sanitizer levels at bar, and improper food storage practices. Time labeling violations for potentially hazardous foods and missing hot water handle at preparation sink were also documented. Most minor violations were corrected on site during inspection.
