Inspector found food storage violations including double-stacked cheese in prep cooler and opened aluminum cans being stored in walk-in cooler. Additional issue with debris found in floor sink under cheese reach-in cooler.

Raw chicken drips contaminate everything below with Salmonella and Campylobacter. Cross-contamination causes massive outbreaks affecting hundreds.
Observed two stacks of sliced cheese being stored double stascked in the cold top prep cooler. DISCONTINUE this unapproved practice. COS - Employee placed the cheese into another food insert in the cooler unit.
