What Was Observed
1. IMMEDIATELY call pest control service operator and request for a service to be performed for rodents immediately. PROVIDE pest control service report to Inspector as soon as possible. -Observed rodent droppings on the floor around the mechanical dishwasher and on top of the container of the sanitizing solution for the mechanical dishwasher.

PROVIDE paper towel dispenser in closer vicinity to handwashing sink to prevent contamination (dripping of water into food). -Observed the single-use paper towels are on the table behind the handwashing sink which causes water to drip on the table. 2. PROVIDE new liquid soap dispenser to encourage handwashing. -Observed liquid soap for the handwashing sink is not easy to pump and requires the top of the pump to be lifted to be pumped.
