Inspector's Report

Reinspection revealed continued serious violations including rat droppings near dishwasher and ice machine, missing food handler certifications for all staff, and improper handwashing practices. Facility issued citation requiring appearance at Abatement Conference on December 10, 2025 for failure to comply with health codes, with additional documentation required within 7 days including pest control report and employee certifications.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Observed rat droppings on the floor around the mechanical dishwasher, by the ice machine by the side door, and on top of the mechanical dishwasher trays. Facility was unable to provide another pest control service report; last service 09/26/2025. Corrected on site - All droppings were removed; trays were moved outside for discarding.

Observed no sanitizing solution was readily available at time of inspection during active food preparation. Corrected on site - Per Inspector's request, sanitizing solution was provided.

Improperly stored utensils collect airborne bacteria and dust. Contaminated storage spreads pathogens to clean items.
Observed the use of the dishwashing sink being used for pasta that was being actively washed in sink in strainer without cleaning first.

Observed white piping for the ice machine is directly in the floor sink underneath the handwashing sink.

Clutter provides harborage for rodents and cockroaches. Cardboard harbors cockroach eggs. Each egg case contains 30-40 nymphs.
Observed the door to the kitchen that leads directly to the outdoors was propped open at the beginning of the inspection and a container of food waste without a lid was on the floor next to the door. Corrected on site - Inspector closed the door, education provided, signs made to keep back door closed.
