What Was Observed
Mechanical dishwasher not registering any chemical no chlorine nor quaternary ammonia solution during inspection. Operator is using the 3 compartment sinks to preparation food at time of inspection. Bleach was available for use and inform the owner to set up manual warewashing sink during inspection. The ecolab service repair man is on his way to repair the mechanical dishwasher.

What Was Observed
Observed cub and spoon inside the front counter hand washing sink. Remove all items out of the hand washing sink and discontinue storing anything inside the sink.
