Why This Matters
Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Observed rodent droppings near top of stair well to basement, in corner of counter to right of hand wash sink. Please clean and sanitize affected areas using a 10% bleach and water solution, 1 part bleach to 9 parts water. Please increase frequency of licensed pest control and provide documentation to district inspector.

What Was Observed
Observed what appeared to be a hole under door in downstairs (which, per PIC, is landlords property) with rodent rub mark, as well as rodent rub mark near top of stair case on right where stair meets wall. Please rodent proof using approved materials such as 1/4 inch galvanized steel wire mesh, please do not use expanding foam. Please work to exclude vermin from facility, reduce harborage by eliminating personal items stored on sales floor and elevating all inventory at least 6 inches for ease o
