What Was Observed
Tea pouring station drains to bucket. Please either use NSF certificated evaporation tray or re-route waste water line to sanitary sewer with minimum 1 inch air gap for backflow prevention. Please consult with all necessary departments to check for any necessary permit for plumbing permit if needed. - NOTES Rodent droppings cleaned and eliminated, please work with licensed pest control to eliminate vermin. Please continue to clean and declutter facility. Per PIC rodent proofing in basement is yet to be performed.
