Mission Indian restaurant passed routine inspection with 6 violations, all corrected on site. Rice at 50-54F from previous night was voluntarily discarded. Few old rodent droppings found - significant improvement since last inspection. Last pest control 8/11/25.

Improper cooling is the #1 cause of restaurant foodborne illness. Clostridium perfringens spores germinate and multiply rapidly during slow cooling.
Two large pans of rice at 50-54F cooked and cooled last night. Rice voluntarily discarded. Foods in cooling process covered with Saran Wrap - uncovered per instruction.

Few old dry rodent droppings (~3 pieces) on floor under dry storage rack and under utensil storage rack. Droppings removed and areas sanitized. Last pest report 8/11/25. Significant improvement since last inspection.
