Reinspection following routine inspection on 10/24/25 found most issues corrected. Employee was observed wiping fingertips on soiled cloth and instructed to wash hands and replace gloves. Multiple soiled dry wiping cloths were stored on food prep surfaces. Both violations were corrected on site and facility passed reinspection.
