Inspector's Report

Second reinspection conducted following initial reinspection on 10/31/2025 revealed most violations have been abated. Ice machine was cleaned and rodent droppings were cleared from shelves and under sink, though few droppings remained behind display refrigerator with cleaning initiated and monitoring traps in place. Employee was observed improperly cutting unwashed produce requiring additional food safety education.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
No rodent dropping was observed on the shelf and on the under three compartment sink. Few droppings were observed at the back of standing display refrigerator. Cleaning was initiated. Monitoring traps were seen at the time of inspection. Continue to work with pest control to stop the entry of vermin and keep facility free of vermin.
