What Was Observed
1. Provide approved sanitizer for cleaning all food contact surfaces. Ensure that all food contact surfaces are regularly cleaned between service. Observed lack of sanitizer bucket at front of house food preparation station. Food preparation tables were covered in food debris and old paper as employees continued to make sandwiches.
