Routine inspection revealed three violations, all corrected on site. Old rodent droppings were found on bottom shelf of preparation table but no other evidence of infestation was observed. Hand sink was obstructed by plastic wrap, and raw eggs were stored improperly above ready-to-eat produce.

What Was Observed
Observed old rodent droppings on bottom shelf of preparation table. No other rodent droppings were observed. COS: Area was cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection.
