Inspector found old rodent droppings near soda storage area requiring pest control follow-up. Plumbing issues included non-functional sink faucet in women's restroom and missing current permit postings.

Why This Matters
Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
REMOVE evidence of rodents and CONTINUE to work with pest control service to exclude rodents from the facility. Place monitoring traps and CLEAN and sanitize affected areas. - Observed some old, dusty rodent droppings on the floor to the left of the soda storage area located behind the POS area. Per staff, they have monthly pest control.
