Missing handwashing supplies forces employees to skip handwashing. Studies show only 31% of workers wash hands properly when supplies are inadequate. Spreads norovirus to hundreds.
Observed a lack of soap at the handwash sink in the kitchen. Provide soap and towels to all handwash sinks at all times. The operator immediately provided soap.

Measured chicken at 44F on the top portion of the large, sandwich food preparation cooler. The chicken had been there less than one hour. The operator moved the chicken to the bottom of the cooler where foods held at 41F and below. Measured Canadian bacon at 55F on the top portion of the smaller, pizza preparation cooler. The operator stated the Canadian bacon had been there for roughly 2-3 hours. The Canadian bacon was moved to the bottom of the cooler to bring it to 41F.
