-Observed Time as a Public Helath Control(TPHC) is used for food, but the food has not been marked or otherwise identified and the food (garlic in oil and Parmesan cheese(indicates "keep refrigerated on packaging" and according to Person in Charge it arrives refrigerated)) has been out of temperature control for more than 4 hours; additionally, three pizzas were identified to be on TPHC and staff were unable to confirm how long the pizzas had been out at room temperature. What Was Observed
-Observed blue cheese container in the walk-in refrigeration unit that had mold-like growth on the container contain a hard piece of what appear to be mold growth from the dried up residue on the container lid inside the blue cheese. Corrected on site - Per Inspector's request, the blue cheese was discarded at time of inspection.
