What Was Observed
A-Observed staff member retrieve item from ground and begin to change gloves, starting to don gloves without washing hands. B-Observed staff member set up sanitizer bucket without and return to prep without first changing gloves or washing hands. Corrected on site through inspector intervention, staff members washed hands properly, please ensure hand washing requirements are reviewed with staff. Fodo safety guide provided.
