Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Observed rodent droppings on floor in dry storage room under shelves, no damaged food observed. Cleaning and sanitizing initiated during inspection.

2 door upright refrigerator in kitchen has been serviced and was observed to be holding at 43F for probe (filo pastry) and 44F for internal analog thermometer. Machine appeared (per digital display) to jump to 47F with the door open for between 1 and 2 minutes. Please have machine serviced to ensure it is holding at or below 41F at all times. Checking internal temperature with analog thermometer and keeping written record (temp log) highly advised, please use a thermometer other than digital dis
