Observed a heavy accumulation of clutter and unusable items stored underneath the stair case, along the wall and right outside of the door in the garbage area. The current conditions are perfect for harboring vermin and creating a nuisance for the neighboring units. REMOVE clutter within 45 days by 11/3/2025.

Clutter provides harborage for rodents and cockroaches. Cardboard harbors cockroach eggs. Each egg case contains 30-40 nymphs.
Observed a number of gnats in the kitchen area and the upstairs storage closet around a crushed box of pineapple juice. - Clean all flooring, floor drains and remove any open or damaged food containers. Continue to work with pest control to abate the issue.

Observed frozen prepackaged shrimp thawing in a bus tub with prepackaged pork sausage. The sausage package was in contact with the juices of the raw shrimp. Fully separate potentially hazardous proteins and store/thaw in separate containers to limit risk of contamination.
