What Was Observed
Observed an inoperable hot water handle at the handwash sink between the food preparation and three-compartment sinks downstairs. Repair the hot water handle to provide hot water under pressure to the sink. Observed an inoperable hot water handle at the three-compartment sink downstairs. The operator turns on the sink from the hot main beneath the sink.
