Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
What Was Observed
Observed 2 dead cockroaches in basement bar, (lowest bar at end furtherst from entrance) and one live cockroach eliminated during inspection. Facility has pest contro, please increase frequency and monitoring. Work with licensed pest control to eliminate vermin.

What Was Observed
Facility had no water at time of inspection due to repair work by SF water district, however water was restored during inspection when work was completed. Water reaches required temperatures at 3 basin sink (120F) and 100F at hand wash sinks.
