Provide self closing door for restrooms, door observed not to self close. - NOTES Reinspection. All violations corrected unless otherwise noted. 2 door refrigerator was holding at 44F however it was just stocked. OPlease ensure it is holding at or below 41f if holding PHF. All other refrigeration 41F or below except 1 door in bar holding milk, tea (holding at 45 still). Adequate sanitizer, restroom has hot water, equipment issues corrected. Please contact District inspector for any questions or food safety materials. Pass placard awarded, no re-inspection fee.
