Inspector's Report

Routine inspection revealed fruit flies in back storage area, beverages stored directly on floor, torn cooler door gaskets, disconnected restroom sink drain draining into bucket, and multiple structural deficiencies including holes in walls and damaged floors and ceilings. Inspectors also found sleeping accommodations upstairs which are prohibited in food facilities.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Observed fruit flies in the back storage area. Clean and maintain floor sinks, mop broom, bucket and all pooled water away from the facility to prevent harborage.

Observed restroom handsink's drain pipe disconnected and water is improperly draining into an open bucket under the sink. Repair/fix the drain pipe as required.

Several holes in the walls and damaged floors and ceilings throughout the facility. Cracked or missing floor tiles in the back area. Repair and seal all holes, gaps cracks and crevices throughout the facility to prevent harborage.
