Routine inspection revealed fruit flies in back storage area, beverages stored directly on floor, torn cooler door gaskets, disconnected restroom sink drain draining into bucket, and multiple structural deficiencies including holes in walls and damaged floors and ceilings. Inspectors also found sleeping accommodations upstairs which are prohibited in food facilities.
