Reinspection following routine inspection on 10/29/2025 showed all critical risk factor violations corrected. Equipment repairs completed including removal of duct tape, proper cold holding of PHF foods at or below 41F, cleaned mechanical exhaust system and baffle filters, and sanitizing buckets maintained at 100ppm chlorine. Operator demonstrated proper food safety knowledge and new door gaskets are on order.

Why This Matters
Household equipment cannot withstand commercial use and harbors bacteria in cracks. Latex gloves cause severe allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.
What Was Observed
Observed duct tape in use on various equipment throughout the facility. MAKE all necessary repairs and REMOVE the duct tape.
