Routine inspection revealed the dish machine failed to dispense adequate chlorine sanitizer at 50 ppm concentration. The facility was instructed to repair the equipment and use manual warewashing procedures until proper sanitation levels are restored. A follow-up inspection is scheduled for November 14, 2025.
