-The hand sink in the coffee area provide hot water measuring 100F and above. -The prep and 3 compartment sink provide hot water measuring 120F and above. -Coolers measured 41F and below. -Hot held food items measured 135F and above. -Multiple 100ppm chlorine sanitizer solutions were available for wiping cloths. -The dish machine final rinse reached 160F and above. -The staff provide a current food safety manager's certificate and food handlers cards. -The facility has regular monthly licensed pest control service.
