Routine inspection revealed multiple violations including minimal rodent droppings below espresso machine, brown mold-like substance in ice machine interior, and missing food safety certifications. Most concerning was evidence of recent rodent activity, though pest control reports indicate the rodent was eliminated approximately one month prior. Additional violations included unlabeled self-service drinks and improper use of cups as scoops.

Operator stated that approximately one month ago a small rodent was observed and eliminated from the facility. Pest control report stated no activity has been observed since.
