Inspector's Report
Inspector found inadequate sanitizer solutions at multiple stations and wiping cloths improperly stored on countertops. Ice machine had yellow staining that requires cleaning and sanitization.

Why This Matters
Dirty cutting boards and utensils cause 76% of cross-contamination. Biofilms protect bacteria from cleaning. One contaminated surface spreads pathogens to dozens of foods.
What Was Observed
Observed a 100ppm chlorine sanitizer solution for wiping cloths at the hand sink located in the middle of the front service station. Observed a sanitizer solution measuring 0ppm chlorine sanitizer/0ppm quaternary ammonia sanitizer solution. Ensure sanitizers solutions for wiping cloths are made at the start of food prep and remade every 4 hours or more frequently as necessary. Observed a yellow stain on the interior of the ice machine. Remove the yellow stain from the ice machine interior. Clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine after removal.
