What Was Observed
Observed one item with visible mold, as well as signs of spoilage on yogurt most likely due to refrigeration failure. Please have staff check temperatures for all refrigeration daily as well as condition of food for spoilage. All spoiled food voluntarily discarded at time of inspection.

What Was Observed
Glass display refrigerator on service counter holding at 55F, food had been there since last night, all PHF voluntarily discard by PIC. Corrected on site. Do not store temperature sensitive food in this refrigerator until it is holding at or below 41F.
