Walk-in cooler found operating at 46°F, exceeding safe temperature limit, with potentially hazardous foods ordered removed until repaired. Additional violations included missing splash guards at handwash sinks, extensive grease buildup on equipment throughout facility, malfunctioning household freezer at bar requiring removal, and deteriorating floor tiles behind cook's line. Facility also cited for failure to post health permit and license certificate in public view.
