What Was Observed
Cutting board balanced on top of three compartment sink being used for food prep. Use a surface dedicated to food prep for food preparation. Sheet pans stored on floor next to mop sink. Discontinue storing any utensils next to mop sink.

Hot water measure 73F at time of inspection. Person-in-charge called maintenance crew, who arrived to turn hot water on. Hot water reached over 120F at end of inspection.
