Live cockroaches were observed during reinspection despite previous pest control efforts. Dead cockroaches found on multiple glue traps in different areas. Equipment storage and cleaning violations were corrected on site.

What Was Observed
Observed dead cockroaches on glue trap located along piping next to walk-in refrigerator. Observed dead cockroaches on a different glue trap in a different location of downstairs dry storage area. At time of reinspection, observed 2 live cockroaches in downstairs of facility.
