Observed liquid cheese at 58F and sliced pepperoni at 49F in prep top cooler with cover open next to hot grill. Cut tomato at 45F in counter prep cooler with ambient ~51F. COS - foods discarded or relocated, cover closed, unit temperature returned to 39-41F by end of inspection.
