Inspector's Report

Routine inspection revealed multiple violations including mouse droppings in front counter and downstairs storage areas, plus dead cockroaches in glue traps. Ground beef was found temperature-abused at 45°F and had to be discarded. Additional issues included missing food safety certifications, inadequate hot water, improper food storage with raw meats above ready-to-eat items, and broken equipment.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Observed mouse droppings on the floor in the corner of the front counter area behind the shelf and beneath the POS system. Observed mouse droppings on the floor in the inoperable walk-in cooler downstairs and scattered locations beneath & behind the shelves downstairs. Observed a few glue traps with dead American cockroaches.
