This reinspection followed a routine inspection on 08/22/2025 that identified critical violations. The facility corrected major violations including inadequate hot water (69°F instead of minimum 100°F) at the bathroom handwashing sink and improper food storage with a microwave stored directly in the bathroom. All previously noted violations were corrected and the facility received a PASS placard.
