Observed evidence of an active rodent infestation as evidenced by rodent droppings in the following locations: - on shelf in box of sodas next to front customer service counter - on shelf of to-go bags at front customer service counter - on floor throughout the kitchen including but not limited to: next to column by dry storage shelves, under the beverage dispensers, inside the walk in cooler - on the floor throughout storage room with water heater in basement - on bags of flour on table in base
