Routine inspection revealed old rodent droppings in multiple areas including dry storage, beneath 3-compartment sink, and under refrigeration equipment along baseboards. Facility ordered to clean and sanitize with bleach solution and continue pest control efforts. Temperature controls were adequate with hot water at 126°F, handwash stations at 100°F, cold holding below 41°F, and hot holding above 135°F.
