Household equipment cannot withstand commercial use and harbors bacteria in cracks. Latex gloves cause severe allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.

Observed several 2x4 pieces of wood screwed together and used to hold up the faucet and sprayer at the three-compartment sink downstairs. This wooden structure is not smooth and cleanable and was found to harbor cockroaches. Remove the wooden structure, and find a different way to hold up the faucet and sprayer. Measured an ambient temperature of 56F inside the walk-in cooler. Foods inside the cooler measured 47F to 60F. Repair/adjust the cooler so that it holds foods at/below 41F. 114182 - NOTES Reinspection found the following violation from 10/16/25 corrected: --Cockroaches are eliminated The following violations remains uncorrected and will be checked at the next routine inspection: --The unapproved assembly holding up the sprayer at the three-compartment sink is still there The facility's permit is reinstated, the red closure placard removed, the green pass placard replaced, and the facility is reopened.
