During routine inspection, inspector found a cat and litter box on premises, inadequate hot water temperature at handwash sink (114°F vs required 120°F), missing hand towels, and liquor bottles stored directly on floor. Multiple storage and sanitation violations require follow-up.

Mice produce 50 droppings daily containing Salmonella and hantavirus. Cockroaches carry 33 bacteria types and 6 parasitic worms. Rats spread plague and leptospirosis.
Observed a cat downstairs in the register area. There is also a litter box upstairs. Remove the cat from the premises.
