The establishment was illegally cooking raw chicken without required Type I hood ventilation, and lacked valid food safety manager certification. Multiple food safety violations included improper food storage, inadequate handwashing facilities, and missing pasteurization warnings on fresh-squeezed juice.

Elimiante rodent activity from the facility. Observed: Rodent droppings on the shelving at the dry goods storage adjacent to the coffee station; Observed rodent droppings in the cabinets used for utensil storage adjacent to the sandwich prep station. Remove droppings and sanitize affected area. COS - staff began to remove droppings and to clean and santize the area. Eliminate fly activity from the facility. Observed multiple fruit flies in front and rear food preparation areas. Work with your pest control provider to eradicate. Maintian floor drains clean. Maintain pest control reports on site for review.
